What specific SCOTUS decision caused this? I kinda thought that all of the BOR (with exception of #2) were gone in 2002.
Referring to the FISA bill passed uly 9,2008 yesterday. I think Senator Russ Fiengold's comments in tat date's senate debates
say it best.
Before this vote, the BOR seemed to be comatose and on death watch. This vote pulled the plug.
